If needed, how do I return or exchange items?

If you are not completely satisfied with your Mass Apparel online purchase, we will gladly accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective items, within 30 days of receipt of purchase.  Please send original invoice receipt with return shipment. Return/Exchange packages must be shipped pre-paid. Your card will be promptly credited, and a return credit receipt will be mailed to your shipping address.

To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:

Repack the item in its original packaging, if possible, with the original receipt and message.
Please include your invoice number and ship to:

*For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt.  Mass Apparel is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If you are returning an item because it was received damaged, defective or not the correct item purchased, Mass Apparel will NOT reimburse the return shipping charges.

How can I check my return status?

You will be emailed when your returned item arrives at our warehouse.
We will notify you again (within 7 business days) when your return or exchange has been completed.
Please contact Customer Service for further information about your return.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

Once we have received your return at our warehouse, it should take approximately 7 business days to complete.

Can I receive a refund if I return an item?

Yes, but only if your return request is made within 14 days of your original order.  Sale Items are NOT eligible for refunds. 

Can I return a pair of shoes?

Yes, if there is a defect or the shoe is unworn and within our return policy window.
All shoe returns must come with the original shoe box.
Returned shoes will NOT be accepted if the original shoe box has been used as packaging or is damaged in any way.
